245개 호가창을 모두 걷어 내고 매도 100~104, 매수 99~95 로 다시 겁니다. 걸린 물량과 잠긴 돈은 관리자 지갑으로 돌려준 뒤 새로 걸며, 발행량과 잔액은 그대로입니다. Rebuilds all 245 books at 100. Issuance and balances are untouched.
